This volume is 1/4 bound with a leather spine and marbled paper covered boards (Turkish Pattern?). There are 2 white labels on the front paste-down "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall" with undeneath "Property of the L S Trust, 1986". Written in pencil, underneath is "With the continuation by Eugenius, - ie John Hall-Stevenson". Inscribed, in pencil to the top of the title page is "M from R. Christmas 1929". Stamped onto the rear of the title page is the circular stamp with "The Laurence Sterne Trust Shandy Hall" with "The Kenneth Monkman Collection" inside.
