This volume is half bound with a leather spine and marbled-paper covered boards (Wide Combed Pattern) Pasted onto the top left corner of the front paste-down is a label with "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall". A loose bookplate with "Kenneth Monkman" is located at the front of the volume. Written in pencil on the front free end-page is "SF2161 SBNK". Stamped onto the bottom of the title page, Volume 1 is a previous owners name "P; Gell Hopton".
