Poems by William Cowper. A New Edition.

This volume is fully bound in tree-marbled calf over boards. The end pages are comprised of single sheets of marbled paper (Turkish Pattern). The front paste-down has 2 labels; "from the Library at Shandy Hall" is on the top left and in the centre is "Given to the Trust by Joel Downing 1994". Stamped onto the reverse of the half-title page is a circular black stamp with "Laurence Sterne Trust" with "Shandy Hall Library" inside. Advertisment page located before the Contents page.
