This volume is fully bound in "tree-marbled" calf over boards. The front and rear end pages are comprised of single sheets of marbled paper (Turkish Antiqued Pattern). Pasted onto the top left corner of the front paste-down is a small paper label "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall". Written in pencil on the top left corner of the reverse of the front free end-page is "K/5"; written in ink in the centre of this page is "1.2.16", which has off-set onto the adjacent page.
