Fan with an image of Maria

Paper and bone (?) fan with sewn on silver gilt sequins in a decorative pattern. Central is a sepia image of Maria playing her pipe within an oval shape. The fan mechanism is intact with slight wear and tear to one of the segments - otherwise in very good condition. Date unknown but estimated at ~ 1820. On the reverse are two indecipherable marks in ink suggesting price or maker. Dimensions: 25cm high x 42cm wide open.
