Crazy Tales. The First Edition (rare)

This volume is half bound bound in marbled paper covered boards (Shell Pattern, orange and brown) with a brown leather spine. The front paste-down has 2 labels; on the top left side "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall" with underneath "Property of the L S Trust, 1986". Adjacent to these and written in pencil is "238". Written in pencil on the reverse of the frontispiece is "23b Stevenson 101". On the reverse of the title page is a circular stamp in ink with "Laurence Sterne Trust Shandy Hall" with "The Kenneth Monkman Collection" inside.
